Le Sushi in Valley Village offers a straightforward spot for those seeking kosher Japanese and Chinese food without fuss. Located on Burbank Blvd, it blends casual dining with a clear focus on freshness and flavor, appealing especially to folks who prioritize kosher options but don’t want to sacrifice variety.

The atmosphere here isn’t about elaborate decor or quiet sushi bars—it’s more of a practical, neighborhood joint feel where you can comfortably drop in for lunch or dinner. The service tends to be reliable and friendly, supporting a steady stream of regulars who often make this their weekly go-to. You’ll find the vibe is more dine-in casual or takeout convenience rather than a slow, sit-and-savor experience.

On the food front, Le Sushi doesn’t limit itself strictly to sushi rolls. While their salmon hand roll, rainbow roll, and California roll are staples that draw consistent praise, there’s also a solid lineup of cooked dishes like orange chicken and beef broccoli that regularly earn repeat orders. This mix makes it a good option for groups with diverse tastes, especially when sushi isn’t everyone’s first pick. The portions lean generous, which fits well for lunch crowds looking for satisfying meals that don’t skimp.

This spot works best if you’re local to Valley Village and want a reliable kosher meal option with something for everyone — sushi lovers and fans of familiar Chinese flavors alike. Expect your food to come fresh and flavorful, though if you’re hoping for a refined sushi bar setting or elaborate plating, this probably isn’t the place. Lunchtimes and early dinner hours bring a comfortable bustle, while weekday visits offer smooth service and steady quality.

Overall, Le Sushi serves its niche well: dependable kosher sushi and Chinese food in a low-key, friendly setting where the food is the main draw and regulars appreciate the consistent experience.

This place never disappoints! The food is always fresh, packed with flavor, and served in generous portions. While everything on the menu is delicious, the orange chicken and beef broccoli are my top picks—they’re perfectly cooked and bursting with taste. The service is consistently excellent, and I’ve never had a single issue. I order from here every week, and it’s my go-to spot for both lunch and dinner!

Best kosher sushi in town! The LeSushi, Simon, and Red Dragon rolls are great. If you like cooked, try the Eskimo roll. Sashimi dinner is delicious. If some in your party don't like sushi, there is also Chinese food. We have been going here for years, and will keep coming back.

Pretty decent Chinese dishes. Lunch special bowls should come with more rice. The Sweet & Sour soup (which comes with lunch bowls) is not great. Egg Drop would be far better. Dumplings are better steamed than fried.

Let me start by saying — Le Sushi is not here to play games. It’s here to roll, slice, and serve up good sushi with good vibes, and honestly, it succeeds like a sushi samurai in a sea of amateurs. The food? Solid. The sushi is fresh, tight, flavorful, and never falls apart mid-bite like your last situationship. Every roll is made with the precision of a surgeon and the care of someone who wants you to cry happy wasabi tears. The fish? Fresh. The rice? Perfectly seasoned and stuck together with emotional commitment. The consistency? Unreal. I don’t know who’s back there rolling these things, but whoever it is must have the sushi version of muscle memory and a deep love for balance and symmetry. I’ve been here more than once (okay, more than I’ll admit publicly), and every time the sushi comes out just as good as the last time, which is both comforting and slightly suspicious — like maybe they’ve made a deal with the sushi gods. Ambiance? Chill, clean, and not trying too hard. There’s soft lighting, relaxing music, and enough minimalist decor to make you feel fancy without feeling like you need to whisper your order in haiku. It’s a place you can enjoy with friends, on a date, or alone while pretending you’re mysterious. And the staff? Super friendly. Like, genuinely nice — the kind of people who smile with their eyes and don’t judge you for ordering that third spicy tuna roll like you’re feeding a small family of raccoons. Final Verdict: Le Sushi delivers what its name implies: sushi. Good sushi. Consistently tasty, served in a nice spot, by people who don’t make you feel like an inconvenience. No drama. No weird experiments. No sushi pizza fusion disaster. Just clean, flavorful, happy-making food. Five stars. Two thumbs up. One extra soy sauce packet in my pocket for later.

The food here is amazing and fresh every time! The portions are generous and flavorful. Everything tastes great but the orange chicken and beef broccoli are my favorites. The service is great and I've never had an issue I order weekly. I love this place for lunch or dinner.

The people who worked there were lovely and kind. The service was fast and the food was delicious. We really enjoyed their general tso's chicken and hot and sour soup. They sang for my daughter's birthday which was so nice. Great place and great owners
